WANT TO REJOIN BRITAIN
Dressed in a colonial-style costume, Karen Szulgit takes part in a demonstration outside the British Embassy in Washington on Wednesday. The group has petitioned Queen Elizabeth II and the United Kingdom to consider its request to rejoin Great Britain, saying residents of the District of Columbia lack representation in Congress.
