Panelists: Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-D.C.), Dr. Frank Smith, Anise Jenkins, C.R. Gibbs, Peter Hanes and Elizabeth Davis.
Moderators: Rev. Graylan Hagler and Joni Eisenberg.
